Why aren't you taking action you want to take (and on the flip side of that, why ARE you taking action you DON'T want to take)?!

It's not because there is something wrong with you.

It's not because you aren't consistent enough. (In fact, your brain patterns are probably VERY consistent... and that is why you keep repeating the same patterns over and over again).

It's not because you don't know what to do.

The answer to this question is simple, and it can be summed up in one word: FEELINGS.

Everything we do (or don't do) is a result of how we are FEELING. Our feelings (aka, emotions), drive our behavior - and the feelings driving our behavior are created by our thoughts.

If we want to be able to change our behavior, it is imperative that we first understand the underlying cause of our behavior - which is always in our thinking and feeling patterns. What we do (or don't do) is just the symptom.

Understanding how we want to feel, and creating that for ourselves ahead of time as the FUEL for our actions, is the way to create more of what we want in our lives while also enjoying more of the here and now.
