Using Mindfulness to Take Your Mind off What’s for Dinner and Put It Back on Your Business
A Talk by Tammi Brochman (Dietitian, Tammi Brochman Nutrition)
About this Talk
Using mindfulness to take your mind off what’s for dinner and put it back on your business.
As a dietitian, mom, wife, solopreneur, and general contractor for all things housework, scheduling, organizing, and taxi driving, I know how hard it can be to find time and head space to change your lifestyle and eating habits.
But as with anything, if we truly want to change this, we MUST put some time and attention and intention into it. I’m going to walk you through how using a little bit of mindful intention can reap a whole lot more attention on your business.
