Tammi Brochman is a Dietitian who helps moms to set aside weight loss and wellness goals and instead find peace with their body and the food they eat.
Before starting her business, she worked 17 years in hospitals and health care in clinical dietetics and foodservice. Tammi now coaches moms to a better more peaceful state of living using mindful and intuitive eating approaches.
